The results of the analysis are presented in a table where every record corresponds to the punches of one employee for one day. The main sections of the table are IN, OUTLUNCH, BREAK and WORK sections, where in the separate column are displayed the following information:

  • Scheduled time or duration
  • Actual time or duration
  • Difference of scheduled and actual time or duration

At the bottom in a separate table you can also see the following information:

  • Total Count - total count of occurences for each filtered attendance category in the selected time period.
  • Average Duration - average duration of all occurences for each filtered attendance category in the selected time period.
  • Total Duration - total duration of all occurences for each filtered attendance category in the selected time period.

Filtering

In the page it is given a possibility of filtering. To filter the list of punches you should do the following:

  1. Click on the Filter button. (As a result will appear Filter Conditions panel).
  2. In the Filter Conditions panel enter or select the criteria by which you want to filter.
  3. Check Enable Rounding option, if you want that hours are calculated by applying rounding rules.
  4. From the Include in list combo box check those attendance categories which you want to view in the table. (For example: if you want to see only employees who have clocked in late, then uncheck all categories and leave only In Late category checked.)
  5. Click on the Refresh button.

As a result of filtering in the list of punches will be displayed only those employees and/or punches which correspond to the entered or selected criteria. If no employee and/or punch corresponds to criteria, then no record will be dislayed in the table. To reset all entered filter conditions you should click on the Reset button.

To hide the Filter Conditions panel, click again on the Filter button.

By clicking on Properties button will be opened the Properties window, which will give possibility to hide/show each column of the Punches table separately.

You can also generate report on punches. For that you should just click on the Report button. In the report will be displayed only those punches which are at the moment displayed in the list.
