This feature provides a possibility to restrict employee’s access to the Elionic100 devices by time. This is being done by defining time zone within which the access is permitted (or denied) and then assigning those time zones to the employees.

To configure a time zone you should do the following:

• From the Choose Device combobox select the device to which time zones you want to edit.
• In the table below you will see the time zones of selected device.
• For configuring the time zone you should select the required time zone from the table and click on the Edit button. As a result will be opened Edit Time Zone window.
• There are 50 time zones and in each time zone 1 time interval for each day of week. To configure an interval enter start and stop times of the interval into Start and Stop fields of the corresponding day on which should be granted access to the device for the entered time interval.

Note:

Last minute is included in the interval (e.g. if the stop time is 10:54 then the employee will have access to the device up to 10:54:59) For all day access you should enter 00:00 - 23:59 For all day restriction you should enter 00:00 - 00:00
