Attendance Codes


Attendance Codes are assigned to Rounding Rules and are used to track employee transactions. Attendance Codes can track if the employee punches late, early or on time. There are 17 default attendance codes that cannot be deleted or set inactive. You can, however, edit them and add new attendance codes.

The main part of the page is the list of attendance codes. The list can be sorted by any column both ascending and descending by double clicking on the desired sort Column's title. The list has also some other properties that can be altered: the columns can be hidden or displayed, the order of the columns displayed can be changed, and the list of groups can be filtered by some criteria.
