In the AMG Attendance System you can define some hours in a day (e.g. night hours), for which employees will be paid with a wage differential (usually at a higher rate). Differentials will apply only to Hourly and Calculated Salary wage types.
Click on the Add button to add a differential. (A new page opens - Add Differential.)
In the Add Differential page configure the options according to your needs. (Click here to see the description of the options of Add Differential page).
From Enter the starting time of the differential period.
To Enter the end time of the differential period.
Amount Enter the coefficient by which the wage should be multiplied, if Multiply is selected, or the amount that should be added to the wage, if Add is selected.
Multiply Select this option if you want the wage to be multiplied with the defined coefficient.
Add Select this option if you want the defined amount to be added to the wage.
Week days Check the week days for which a differential should be applied. To check or uncheck all week days simultaneously you can use the and buttons, respectively.
