In AMG Attendance System you can assign to each employee a message, which will be displayed on the device after the employee will be validated (one message for each device).

Here you are given also a possibility to hide and display devices in the Employees table. Click on the link below to see how to hide and show devices.

  Showing and Hiding Devices from the Table

To show or hide devices from the Employees table you should do the following:

1. Click on the Properties button.
2. In the Columns list select the check boxes of the devices you want to show and deselect the check boxes of the devices you want to hide.
3. Click on the OK button.

Here you can also generate report on messages assigned to employees. For that you should just click on the Report button. In the report will be displayed only messages assigned to those employees who are at the moment displayed in the list.
