AMG Support Agreement provides access to highly skilled AMG time product specialists for technical support via telephone, remote assist or email.
The annual support covers software upgrades throughout the agreement’s active period of time.
AMG System Support Plan provides technical support for a single AMG Attendance Software license registered under one (1) serial number license.
Note: Support Business Hours are: 8:00AM – 4:30PM PST (Pacific Standard Time), except on holidays.The plan does not cover any inspections or repairs related to the hardware. It does not cover setup and full training of the system.
