Technical Support Representative

Job Overview:

AMGtime is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team! The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for acting as an associate between customers and AMGtime, by researching and answering any questions, and providing expert knowledge about the company and products.

Job Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

  • Greets customers warmly and determines reason for calling or chatting
  • Identifies client requests or problems, determines the cause, provides the best solutions by suggesting information about carefully selected products and services, and answers any questions; expedites correction or adjustment, and follows up to ensure resolution
  • Attracts potential customers by providing expert knowledge on solutions
  • Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording and updating account information
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Compiles reports on overall customer satisfaction

Job Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Analytical problem solver, with strong documentation, computer, and phone skills
  • Focus on product and quality of service

Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

AMGtime is looking for a digitally savvy Marketing Specialist to join our team! The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving development and implementation of marketing programs. This role has to work closely with Director and Executive levels to formulate the right marketing strategies around not only consumer needs, but also business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing integrated marketing plans on owned, earned and paid channels
  • Maintaining consumer facing channels and assuring that information is timely and accurate including press releases, blogs, email, Twitter, Facebook, etc
  • Developing creative and other content strategies along with the Marketing team
  • Working with sales and tech teams to come up with creative special offers to drive the revenue goals
  • Developing an event strategy around tradeshow attendance and managing all tradeshow related activities
  • Managing marketing vendor relationships
  • Running ROI analysis around all campaigns/initiatives/programs and improving as needed

Job Skills & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years marketing experience with experience in digital media
  • Content creation and creative design experience is a plus
  • SEO and SEM knowledge a plus
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
