Driven by the American dream, Tigran as a newcomer to the States works night and day to figure out where his passion lies and how he can make it in the new country. Learning about time and attendance he falls in love with the concept of helping other businesses control their labor costs and decides to open up his own business to help companies with employee attendance tracking.

Knowing that the internet is an important avenue of sales, AMG Employee Management builds and launches its first e-commerce website: time-masters.com.

Become a premier partner to Schlage

With the development of the proprietary time and attendance system, we decide to partner with the hardware manufacturers that are the best in the industry. After much negotiation, AMG Employee Management becomes a premier partner with Schlage: the beginning of a great relationship.

Launch AMGtime proprietary time and attendance software

Armed with all the time and attendance knowledge and client requirements, AMG Employee Management launches its own proprietary software that works with a number of biometric devices in the market and provides clients with flexible time and attendance solutions at affordable prices.

Release AMGtime Web Solution

After testing the PC-based software solution and enhancing its capabilities, AMGtime takes on building the web-based solution with a number of new features and additions and launches the web-based system in 2013.

Release AMGtime Mobile applications; build compliance modules as related to federal ACA and state nursing home requirements.

This year was full of product and feature enhancements and roll out of solutions. AMGtime releases its mobile apps for both iOS and Android. AMGtime also build solutions as related to regulations passed by the federal government such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and passed by states such as the Nursing Hour per Patient Day requirements.

Total subscriptions to AMGtime Web Solution (SaaS) grew by over 125%

After one year of release, AMGtime Web subscriptions pick up drastically standing out with ease of use, specialized features and affordable pricing.

Release more features to meet federal requirements for nursing homes

AMGtime releases a Payroll Based Journal export to meet the requirements set forth by ACA to round out the solution for nursing homes.

Introduced Elionic, Biometric Kiosk

Geared towards optimizing business operations and provide solutions for managing employee schedules, allowing shift swapping, and maintaining required skills, trainings, and certificated for the job.

Reveals new product, AMGtime Workforce Scheduling.

Workforce Scheduling allows for employees of the same rank, compensation and similar skill set to swap schedules, quickly and seamlessly (pending employer approval) - a desired feature in industries such as hospitality and healthcare. In fact, the highly customizable filtration system within the solution makes scheduling incredibly adaptive to any industry.
