All repairs covered by warranty will be performed within 24 hours during business days after we've received the products(s).
Customer is responsible for shipping charges, express shipments are available. Any damage caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, liquid spillage, insect infestation, mis-use, abuse, or altered serial number, is not covered by warranty. Broken seal and damage from non-authorized repair person are not covered by warranty.
Warranty does not cover “no problem found” diagnosis, a service fee of $ 30.00 will be applied if no problem is found upon inspection.
Supplies, such as badges or accessories, are not covered by warranty.
