- This module allows for employees to log into the system and view information that the administrator has allowed them to view.
The Employee Login module allows creating accounts for employees to log into the system and access any or all of the following features:
- Timecard - to view his/her timecard (current and previous pay periods) and also edit timecard hours, if special permission for editing is provided
- Schedule – to view his/her schedule
- Benefits – to view his/her benefit hours (both summary and details)
- Web Clock – to perform punches via virtual built-in time clock
- Messaging – to send and receive messages to and from other employees or users
- Time Off Requests – to submit requests to managers for taking time-offs
- Change Password – to change password
- Mobile Punch – to be able to punch via mobile phone (iOS and Android based) from user-predefined locations (requires using our AMG Time mobile app)
The administrator has the ability to configure access differently per employee as needed.
