AMGtime updates its software as a solution to the new guidance by the U.S. DOL regarding Family First Coronavirus Response Act. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires employers to provide employees with emergency paid sick leave (EPSL) or expanded family and medical leave (EFMLA) for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These new provisions went into effect on April 1, 2020 and expire December 31, 2020. Our main priority in updating our software is to make processing payroll for users as easy as possible.
AMGtime updates software as FFCRA takes effect April 1, 2020. Our solution for you!
In response to COVID-19, we have shifted our focus on providing businesses with our touchless time systems that eliminate the need for employees to interact without encountering the time clock. Our face readers are 100% contactless from beginning to end. An employee can clock in/out without ever touching the device, which can lessen the spread of any virus or bacteria! For a limited time, we are offering 10% off face readers with code FACESPECIAL11 at checkout!
Our contactless face readers will lessen the spread of bacteria in the workplace!
The USigned module is a paperless signature solution that allows users to automatically send timecards to employees and their managers to electronically sign. With our e-sign module, you will not need to personally encounter an individual for the need for a signature all while practicing social distancing. The payroll/HR manager or responsible party can create signing templates to send to the right employees to sign. An unlimited number of templates can be added to this section. Different templates can be created if employees require unique timecards. The status of each timecard is displayed in the Attendance section as Signed, Waiting, Canceled, and/or Declined. Additionally, the timecard can be set to require the signature of multiple managers.
Timecards can now be digitally signed without having to encounter an individual for hours approved!
Screen employees and visitors with our new thermal imaging camera. The thermometer can be handheld or placed on a tripod and will trigger a high temperature alarm when it exceeds 37.3℃ or 101°F. The device supports real time monitoring and tracking from a PC. The thermal imaging camera can easily screen for fevers by translating thermal energy into visible light.
Screen individuals who enter your business with our thermal imaging camera!
