AMGtime updates its software as a solution to the new guidance by the U.S. DOL regarding Family First Coronavirus Response Act. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act requires employers to provide employees with emergency paid sick leave (EPSL) or expanded family and medical leave (EFMLA) for specified reasons related to COVID-19. What is USigned?

The USigned module is a paperless signature solution that allows users to automatically send timecards to employees and their managers to electronically sign. With our e-sign module, you will not need to personally encounter an individual for the need for a signature all while practicing social distancing. The payroll/HR manager or responsible party can create signing templates to send to the right employees to sign. An unlimited number of templates can be added to this section. Different templates can be created if employees require unique timecards. The status of each timecard is displayed in the Attendance section as Signed, Waiting, Canceled, and/or Declined. Additionally, the timecard can be set to require the signature of multiple managers.

Timecards can now be digitally signed without having to encounter an individual for hours approved!

Thermal Imaging Device

Screen employees and visitors with our new thermal imaging camera. The thermometer can be handheld or placed on a tripod and will trigger a high temperature alarm when it exceeds 37.3℃ or 101°F.
