To get to the Change Logs, go through Tools > Database > Change Logs. This can only be accessed by the administrator account.
From here, you can click on the Filter button on the bottom and see what changes were made to the database's records by whether there was a change or deletion, the date range (determined by start and end dates), the account that made the changes (determined by the user dropdown list), and the type of change that was made (determined by the type dropdown list).
After you have found your relevant record, you can click on "See Details..." to examine what changes were made.
Complete removals are in red, alterations are in yellow, and additions are in green.
In the example below, the Employee was given a new status, which is why the count of statuses was increased from 1 to 2.
The status is Active, Working Full Time, as a Permanent Employee.
The status date was set to the time and date of 9/27/2022 07:00 AM.
Automatic Assignment of Hours is disabled.
The Pay Policy is the 5th pay policy created in the system.
Reason ID is blank because no reason was entered, and the comments are also empty because nothing was entered.
