How to Resolve the Crystal Reports Error in AMG Attendance System
This error message is related to Crystal Reports, which is an additional program installed as part of the AMG Attendance System. To resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

Close the Error Message
- Click OK on the error message to close it.
Exit the AMG Attendance System
- Completely close the AMG Attendance System program to ensure no processes are running in the background.
Locate the AMG Installation Folder
- Find your original AMG installation folder or the USB drive where AMG was installed.
- The folder is typically named something like "US 3.2.2.0".
Access the Crystal Reports Installation Files
- Inside the AMG folder, open the ‘Client’ folder.
- Then, open the ‘Crystal Reports for .Net Framework 4.0 x86’ folder.
Run the Crystal Reports Installer
- In the ‘Crystal Reports for .Net Framework 4.0 x86’ folder, locate the file named ‘CRRuntime_32bit_13_0_25.msi’.
- Double-click this file to begin the installation process.
Complete the Installation
