Timecard Color Guide
The AMG Software is setup to Color Coordinate the timecard of employees to indicate employees Status for that Specific day.
- Red - Absent, Employee was scheduled to work but did not clock in.
- Purple - Missing, employee at some point missed a punch Example: employee forgot to clock in from lunch.
- Blue - Complete Line, For that day Keep in mind there can be Multiple Lines per day.
- Bold Blue - Current day, system is still waiting for punches for the current day.
The Status Board tool in AMG also color coordinates its columns to better understand the fields.
- Out - Purple
- Absent - Red
- Working - Green
- Lunch - Blue
- Break - Yellow
- Overtime - Yellow
