Note that while this error is displayed on the clock no punches can be recorded until it is resolved,

To fix the error on the FR1000 the Attendance logs must be cleared on the device to allow employees to punch in once again.

 

Follow these steps to delete attendance data from the device:

To Delete Attendance Data

  1. Access the Admin Menu:
    Press and hold the ‘M/OK’ button until the Administration Menu appears.

    Use the arrow keys to navigate, “OK” to select, and “ESC” to go back.

  2. Select Data Mgt (Data Management).

  3. Select Delete Data.

  4. Choose Delete Attendance Data.

  5. Select Delete All.

  6. Press OK to confirm.


Other Deletion Options

You can also choose from the following data removal options depending on your needs:

  • Delete Attendance Photo
    Removes photos taken during employee punch-in/out actions.

  • Delete Blocklist Photo
    Removes photos associated with the device's blocklist entries.

  • Delete All Data
    ⚠️ Deletes all stored data, including enrolled users, attendance logs, photos, and settings.

  • Delete Admin Role
    Removes all users with administrative privileges.

  • Delete Profile Photo
    Deletes profile photos saved on employee records.

  • Delete Wallpaper
    Removes the custom wallpaper set on the device.

  • Delete Screen Savers
    Deletes screen saver images set on the device.
