1. Make sure your main AMGtime web account has the Employee Login module enabled (under Help - License Information)
2. Check each Employee to make sure they all set up correctly. Go to Employees - Employees, select an employee and click edit. Then go to the Accesses tab and make sure the checkboxes next to Employee Login and Mobile Punch are checked.
3. Make sure the employee checks his/her phone location settings are turned on.
4. If all of the above are done and employee still cannot punch in, it means the employee is likely outside of their assigned location or the phone is not sending GPS data.
