Granting an Employee Access to the Web Clock:

  1. Log in to your web account.

  2. Go to Employees > Employees.

  3. Click Edit next to the employee you want to grant access to.

  4. Navigate to the Accesses tab.

  5. Check the box labeled Show in Web Clock.

  6. Set a Web Clock Password for the employee.

  7. Click Finish to save the changes.


Using the Web Clock:

  1. Log in to your web account.

  2. Go to the Devices tab and select Web Clock.

  3. Enter your Employee ID Number.

  4. Choose the appropriate Action (e.g., In, Out, Break, etc.).

  5. Enter your Password and click Enter.

  6. A confirmation screen will appear so you can verify your punch.
