Try the following steps to troubleshoot issues with a Timeclock device not showing the correct time when connect to a web account:
- First, make sure the device is connected. You can do this by going to the main page (click the AMG logo in the upper left) and look at the Last Poll Dates widget to confirm the deivce has communicated recently (green)
- Go to Devices - Configure Devices and click edit next to the device. Make sure the Time Zone is correct.
- Go to Company - Organization - Divisions and ensure the Time Zone for each divisions is correct.
Try restarting the device and it should have the correctly updated time.
