In AMG go to Devices - Configure Devices - Add (or click Edit if the device already exists)

Make sure to configure the following settings:

  • Device Type: Schlage Handpunch GT-400
  • Communication Type: Web
  • Serial Number: Enter the serial number from the back of the GT-400 device. Or in the device menu (press ESC then ENTER) go to Menu->About to find the serial number.

 

On the GT-400 device:

  1. Press ESC then ENTER to access the menu
  2. Go to Communication
  3. Assign the IP address, Subnet, Gateway, and DNS
  4. Punch Server: http://amgwebtime.com/
  5. Press Save
