Note: In order to use Geolocations, you must have the Employee Login Module on your account.

 

Geolocations are found under Company - Geolocations. Multiple Geolocations can be created under a Location group. Employees can then be assigned to a group, so they can only transact from the mobile app when they are in those Geolocations. More information about setting up employee logins can be found here.

Add a Location Group by clicking the bottom right Add button. Then add Geolocations to the group by clicking the Add button inside the group. This will open a map screen.

Type in an address in the upper right and click find or click a spot on the map. Then click on the green + to add the location. You will need to give it a name and select the radius (in feet or meters) from that location where employees can transact on their phones.

When you are done click Ok. You can edit or remove Geolocations from the list on the left, and press Close when you are done. When you are finished with all the Geolocations for a group, you can add the employee to the location group.
