Resolution:

This happens when they have not enabled the option to track time data in QuickBooks.

They need to log onto QuickBooks and individually enable this for each employee. As far as I know there is not a faster method.

this is found under the employee’s tab and Payroll Info tab. The checkbox at the bottom needs to be enabled.
