Check the Last Poll Dates widget on your main screen to see when your device last polled (click the green refresh button Timeclock Device Isn't Polling Image 1 next to the widget title to refresh the list of devices and dates). If you do not have this widget you can add it by clicking the settings button Timeclock Device Isn't Polling Image 2 in the far upper right of the program. Then make sure 'Last Poll Dates' is checked.

If you're device has not polled recently, try to poll manually by going to Standard - Poll, check your device, and click Poll.

If there is an error about communicating with the device, check your device configuration and its network connection. Also check the settings of the device in Devices - Configure Devices.
 
If it does successfully poll, check that your autoprocess service is running at the very bottom of the AMG software.

Click the Start Service button to restart the service and then the autopolling should function based on the schedule you have configured in Tools - Autoprocesses.
