If you are a non-admin user or an employee, please contact your company admin to have them change your password. The default login for the AMG Attendance System (desktop) admin is:


User Name: admin


Password: password


If you have changed the admin password and do not remember it, then the main company admin that purchased the software must send a request for the password to be reset to support@amgtime.com. This is done for security. Once that has been sent you need to contact us so a support technician can remote into your computer to use a tool and reset the password.


Note: Support technicians can only remote in to your system to reset the password if your software license has an active support agreement.
