How to Back Up Employee Badges in AMG Attendance System

Employee badges may include fingerprint, face, and hand templates, as well as card numbers and passwords. To ensure your data is safely stored, follow the steps below to back them up properly:

  • Open the AMG Attendance System.

  • Navigate to the Devices tab.

  • Click on Badges from the dropdown or left-hand menu.

  • Select Badge Backup.

 

  • Choose the device from which you want to back up the badge data.

  • Click Start Backup to begin the process.

 

If you need to reset your device or re-deploy badge data:

  1. Go to Badge Restore in the same Badges menu.

  2. Select the device to which you want to restore the data.

  3. Follow the prompts to complete the restore process.
