If you are having issues with how overtime is being calculated, please follow these steps.

Example: Employee worked 8.5 hours. Timecard should show 8 hours regular and 0.5 hours OT; however, Timecard is showing 7.5 hours regular and 1 hour OT.

 

Go to Definitions => Pay Policies

Go to the Overtime Tab

At the bottom of the weekly/biweekly sub tab, there should be a checkbox called "Include Daily OT." Make sure these boxes are NOT checked:

The timecard calculations should now be correct.
