Create a new Pay Policy:

Go to Definitions => Pay Policies => Add New Pay Policy

 

To assign the new pay policy to employees:

Go to Tools => Bulk Trans

Navigate to the Change Status tab

Select new policy that was just created

Select ALL employees that you would like to assign to the new pay policy

Assure that the correct data is used for all other fields

Click Apply

 

NOTE: If backdating the new pay policy, make sure to reprocess the data from that date.

Go to Tools => Reprocess

Select the relevant employees

Select the correct date you want to backdate to and click Apply
