Change date and/or time in HandPunch manually

  1. Press [Clear] button and then [Enter] button.
  2. Enter your user ID and press [Enter] button.
  3. Place your hand.  If you are recognized, then you will see a message “ENTER PASSWORD”
  4. Enter [2] and press [Enter] button.
  5. Press [*] button until you see “SET TIME & DATE” in the screen.
  6. Press [#] button.  You should see “MONTH MM?” on the screen.
  7. Enter 2 digits for the current month.   For Example, for February, enter 02, or for November, enter 11.  You should see “DAY DD?” on the screen.
  8. Enter 2 digits for the current day of the month.  You should see “YEAR YY?” on the screen.
  9. Enter last 2 digits of the current year.  For example, for year 2012, enter 12. You should see “HOUR HH?” on the screen.
  10. Enter 2 digits for the current hour using Military (24hr system).  For example, if it is 4pm, enter 16.  You should see “MINUTE MM?” on the screen.
  11. Enter 2 digits for the current minutes.  You should see “SET TIME & DATE” on the screen again.
  12. Press [Clear] button to return to the main screen and make sure the time is correct.
