Step 1: Transfer Data from FR2000 to USB Flash Drive

  1. Insert the USB Flash Drive

    • Plug a USB flash drive into the USB port on the side of the FR2000 device.

  2. Access the Device Menu

    • Navigate to the device menu on the FR2000.

  3. Select 'USB Manager'

    • Choose the USB Manager icon, which is identified by a USB symbol.

  4. Select 'Download'

    • In the USB Manager menu, select the Download option to begin transferring data.

  5. Choose the Time Period

    • Select the time period for which you want to poll data.

  6. Remove USB Drive When Complete

    • After the data transfer is complete, safely remove the USB flash drive from the FR2000 device.

Step 2: Poll Data Using AMG Software

  1. Log in to AMG Software

    • Open the AMG software and log in with your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Polling Section

    • In the software, go to Standard and select Poll.

  3. Select the 'Poll From File' Tab

    • Click on the Poll From File tab to begin selecting the file you want to poll.

  4. Click Browse

    • Click the Browse button to open the file selection window.

  5. Select the '1_attlog' File

    • From the file explorer, select the 1_attlog file located on your USB flash drive and click Open.

  6. Click Poll

    • Finally, click Poll to start polling the data from the 1_attlog file into the AMG software.
