Step 1: Access the Main Menu

  1. Press and Hold the 'M'/'OK' Button

    • Press and hold the 'M'/'OK' button for a few seconds. This will open the Administration Menu.
  2. Navigate the Menu

    • Use the arrow keys to navigate through the options.
    • Press OK to select an option and ESC to go back.

Step 2: Add a New User (Admin)

  1. Select 'User Mgt.'

    • Navigate to the 'User Mgt.' option in the menu and press OK.
  2. Select 'New User'

    • Choose 'New User' from the options and press OK to proceed.
  3. Edit User ID

    • Edit the User ID to match the badge number assigned to the employee in the software (if needed).
    • Name is optional, but you may enter the employee’s name if desired.
  4. Set User Role to Super Admin

    • Change the User Role to Super Admin if this employee needs access to the clock menus and the ability to enroll other users.

Step 3: Admin Enrollment Confirmation

  1. Admin Affirmation

    • Once the Admin is successfully enrolled, the Time Clock will display 'Admin affirm' along with a padlock icon upon attempting to access the menu.
  2. Verify Admin

    • To proceed, verify the Admin using their fingerprint, face, or password. Once verified, the Administration Menu will open.

Step 4: Enroll the Admin’s Face

  1. Navigate to 'Face'

    • Use the down arrow to navigate to the 'Face' option and press OK.
  2. Position and Focus

    • The device will prompt you to focus your eyes and position your face to create a facial template.
  3. Complete Face Enrollment

    • Once completed, the device will return to the Enrollment Page. Press ESC to save and return to the menu.

Step 5: Enroll the Admin’s Fingerprint

  1. Navigate to 'Fingerprint'

    • Use the down arrow to navigate to the 'Fingerprint' option and press OK.
  2. Select Finger

    • The device will ask which finger you will be enrolling. Press OK on the appropriate finger.
  3. Scan Fingerprint

    • Place the selected finger on the scanner to enroll it. The device may prompt you to scan the finger multiple times for accuracy.
  4. Complete Fingerprint Enrollment

    • Once completed, the device will return to the Enrollment Page. Press ESC to save and exit.
  5. Multiple Finger Enrollment

    • You may enroll up to 10 fingers per Admin or employee.

Step 6: Enroll the Admin’s PIN Code (Optional)

  1. Navigate to 'Password'

    • Use the down arrow to navigate to the 'Password' option and press OK.
  2. Enter Password

    • The device will prompt you to input a password. Enter the desired password and press OK.
  3. Confirm the PIN Code

    • After entering the PIN code, press Confirm to save it.
  4. Complete PIN Code Enrollment

    • Once the PIN code is set, the device will return to the Enrollment Page. Press ESC to save and return.

Step 7: Finalize the Enrollment

  1. Exit the Menu

    • After completing all the required steps, press ESC to exit the user enrollment process and return to the main menu.
  2. Test Admin Access

    • To verify the new Admin, attempt to access the administration menu and use the enrolled fingerprint, face, or PIN code for verification.
