Transferring User Data via USB on AMGtime Devices

Follow these steps to transfer user data from one device to another using a USB drive.

 

 

Step 1: Prepare the USB Drive

  • Format the USB drive to FAT32 (if not already formatted).


    Note: Most USB drives come pre-formatted in FAT32.


  • Eject the USB drive from your computer safely.

 

 

Step 2: Export User Data from the Source Device

  • On the working device, go to:
    Menu → USB Manager → Download User Data

  • Wait for the process to complete.

  • Remove the USB drive from the device.

 

 

Step 3: Import User Data to the Target Device

  • Plug the USB drive into the target device.

  • Navigate to:
    Menu → USB Manager → Upload User Data

  • Wait for the upload to finish.

  • Remove the USB drive.

 

 

Step 4: Verify User Import

  • Go to User Management on the target device.

  • Check for user entries and verify badge numbers are present.
