Manage Badges allows Admintistration to change Badge status of employee/supervisor delete badges from the clock directly from AMG Client software.
- In AMG go to Devices - Badges - Manage Badges
- Choose Device (use the dropdown to select your clock) and click Connect
- The Badges will show in the list at the bottom
- Use Check Box to select badges to Delete
Selecting an employee and clicking Edit will show you the employee Security Level to change from regular employee to supervisor
- Press Okay to save Changes
You can also edit the employees' time zones (Access Time button) if you have the Device Time Restrictions module.
