Follow these steps to configure Self-Service features on the Elionic 310 through AMG Web.

Step 1: Log In to AMG Web

Log in to your AMG Web account using your administrator credentials.

Step 2: Configure Employee Permissions

Navigate to the user or employee settings where Self-Service permissions are managed.

Enable the permissions for the employee functions you want to make available on the Elionic 310.

Step 3: Configure the Elionic 310

Access the device configuration settings and locate the Self-Service options for the Elionic 310.

Enable the required Self-Service features for the device.

Step 4: Save and Apply the Changes

Save the configuration changes and allow them to synchronize with the Elionic 310.

Step 5: Test Self-Service on the Device

Have an employee access the Self-Service menu on the Elionic 310 and verify that the enabled functions are available.

Note: The available Self-Service functions depend on the device configuration and the permissions assigned to employees.
