Please prepare a fresh USB drive and insert it into the port at the bottom of the device.

 

Step 1: Go into the main menu by selecting the 3 dotted button towards the top of the screen

Step 2: Select the Button labeled Data Management

Step 3: To download the Attendance Logs to the USB click the Logs button under EXPORT

Step 4: Click save to export

Step 5: Click the 3 lines menu button on the left to reveal the USB storage location and select it and save
