Connecting Your Elionic Device to the Web
Follow these steps to connect your Elionic device to the web server and push data.
Step 1: Access the Administrator Menu
- Power on the Device: Ensure your Elionic device is powered on.
- Enter the Administrator Menu:
- Press the "..." button located at the middle top left corner of your Elionic device to open the administrator menu. (For Elionic 300 and 310 models, you will use the menu button).
Step 2: Configure Network Settings
- Navigate to Network Settings:
- In the administrator menu, go to the "Network" option.
- Access the Web Server Settings:
- From the Network section, click on "WEB SERVER".
- Enable Push Mode:
- Make sure that "Enable Push Mode" is turned on. This will allow your device to push data to the specified server.
Step 3: Configure Web Server URL or IP Address
- Enter the Web Server Details:
- If you're pushing information to an affiliated web account, enter the following details:
- Web Server URL:
3735.us
- Web Server IP:
209.50.60.75
- Port Number:
80
(For Elionic 310, use port 443
).
- If you are pushing information to your own client/server, enter the appropriate server IP address for your network.
Step 4: Save Settings
- Once you've entered the correct server information, ensure everything is correct.
- Save Changes: Make sure to save your settings by pressing the Save or Confirm button.
Step 5: Testing the Connection
- Verify Data Push:
- After saving, verify that the Elionic device is successfully pushing data to the web server or client/server. This can be done by checking the web server or client-side application to ensure data transmission is happening as expected.
Additional Notes:
Troubleshooting:
- If the device does not push data correctly, double-check the server URL, IP, and port settings to ensure they match the required configuration.
- Make sure your device has a stable network connection to the internet.
Security:
- If you're using port 443, ensure that the server and device are configured to support secure communications (SSL/TLS).
