Step 1: Select the menu button located on the bottom left corner of the device 

Step 2: Select the Users button.

Step 3: Select the add users button in the upper right corner.

Step 4: Enter the requested information, then identify the user as an employee, enroller or administrator - select done

Step 5: In the following screen, you can add 4 different methods of verification: Fingerprint, Password, Proximity Card and/or Face

Step 6: Choose the desired finger from the top row  (You can enroll multiple fingers up to 10)

 

Step 7: Place your finger on the scanner 3 times to enroll 

Step 8: To enroll a an employee face, press the face icon and enter the camera frame until registration is successful

 

Step 9: To enroll a RFID card, press the card icon and hold the card up to the scanner.

 

Step 10: To enroll an employee password, press the 3 stars icon and enter the desired password.

Note: for employees to clock in using the password they will need to press the keyboard icon on the clock in page and then enter their employee id followed by their password.
