Guide: Deleting User Information on the BS922

Administrators can delete all or partial registered user information on the US922. Follow these steps to delete users, fingerprints, or passwords.


1. Access the User Menu:

  • Hold the M/OK key to acess the main menu
  • Press OK to open the User Manage screen.

2. Select the User to Delete:

  • Scroll through the list of registered users using the arrow keys.
  • Once the desired user is highlighted, press the M/OK key to open the drop-down menu.

3. Open the Delete Options:

  • Use the scroll keys to highlight Del User.
  • Press M/OK to select Del User.

4. Choose What to Delete: You can choose to delete:

  • User

  • Fingerprint

  • Password

  • Scroll using the arrow keys to select the option you want to delete.


5. Confirm Deletion:

  • Press OK to delete your selected item.
  • The BS922 will prompt you with “OKDel?”
  • Press OK again to confirm the deletion.
