Before beginning, ensure your 100C device is properly connected to your network via Ethernet cable to a valid network port/router. If you want to assign a static IP address, you’ll need your network's details—Default Gateway, Subnet Mask, and an available IP Address. If unsure, consult your IT department. Otherwise, you can use DHCP to automatically assign network settings.

Steps to Configure the Network Settings:

Enter Adminstrator menu:

  1. Press and hold the M/OK button for a few seconds.

  2. If prompted with “Admin affirm” and a padlock image, a device administrator must verify with their fingerprint.

  3. Navigate to Network Settings:

    • Use the arrow keys to select Comm, then press M/OK.

    • Select Network, then press M/OK again.

  4. Enter Static IP Settings (if applicable):

    • If you have a specific IP address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway, enter them now.

    • If not, skip to step 5 to use DHCP.

  5. Toggle DHCP Setting:

    • Use the down arrow to highlight the DHCP option.

    • If you're using static IP, press the left arrow to set DHCP to Off.

    • If you're using DHCP, set DHCP to On.

  6. Save Settings:

    • Press ESC, then press M/OK to confirm changes.

  7. Exit to Main Screen:

    • Press ESC several times to return to the home screen.

  8. Reboot the Device:

    • Press and hold the Power button (also the left arrow).

    • Once powered off, press the button again to restart the device.

  9. (If using DHCP):

    • After rebooting, go back to Comm > Network to view the automatically assigned IP address.

    • Write this IP down to enter into your AMG software.
