"Device is Full" Solution Steps:

  1. Go to the Device
  2. Go to the Menu by pressing down on the "M/OK" button for a few seconds
  3. If prompted, Admin user should place finger to Affirm access to menu
  4. Select the "System" option with the Cog Wheel icon
  5. Select "Data managment"
  6. Select Delete ATT Log
  7. Press OK
  8. Turn the device on and off
