"Device is Full" Solution Steps:

If you receive a “Device is Full” message, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Go to the device.

  2. Access the Menu:
    Press and hold the “M/OK” button for a few seconds.

  3. Authenticate (if prompted):
    If prompted, the Admin user should place their finger on the sensor to confirm access.

  4. Navigate to System Settings:
    Use the navigation keys to select “System” (represented by a Cogwheel icon) and press OK.

  5. Open Data Management:
    Scroll down and select “Data Management”.

  6. Delete Attendance Logs:
    Choose “Delete ATT Log”, then press OK to confirm.

  7. Restart the Device:
    Turn the device off, then back on to complete the process.
