AMG Software Module Departments & Jobs

• The benefit of using this module is the opportunity to see how many hours each employee has spent in a certain department or on a certain job, or to see how many total hours were spent in each department or on each job.

This module gives an opportunity to add jobs and departments to the system, but in contrast to divisions and groups which are mandatory and are assigned directly to employees, jobs and departments are not mandatory to use and are  assigned to employees’ schedules. Thus, for each scheduled work day, a different department or job can be assigned to an employee. Moreover, some devices also support changing jobs or departments during the day.
