Add Employee to HandPunch manually

  1. Press the [Clear] button and then the [Enter] button to enter the device menu.
  2. If there is an admin lock - Enter your user ID and press [Enter] button. Place your hand.
  3. You will see “ENTER PASSWORD” on the screen. Press [4] and press [Enter].  You should now see “ADD EMPLOYEE” with the options “* No # Yes”.
  4. Press the [#] button for Yes.
  5. Enter new employee’s ID and press the [Enter] button.
  6. Ask the employee to place their hand 3 times.  You should see  “EMPLOYEE ENROLLED” and then “ADD EMPLOYEE” with options “* No # Yes”.
  7. If you want to add another employee, go to step 5.
  8. If you are finished, press the [Clear] button.  You should now see the main display.
