AMG Piece Work System

Piece Work Control

The AMG Piece Work System makes tickets to control the work in process. It handles group (modular) or individual types of production control as well as integrated functions that keep track of work in process, schedules, and cut status. It is easy to transfer data from similar programs to our system.

Styles / Operations

In Piece Work Management System in order to be able to add orders should be created customer-related styles. Styles include operations each of which has its price and duration. Based on the included operations is being calculated the cost of each style.

Customers

For creating styles and orders Piece Work Management System requires adding customers into the system. For each customer system requires selecting Shipping Method and Shipping Terms of sending the orders to that customer. System also allows entering Credit Limit for each customer in order to give an alert when customer will exceed that limit.

Cuttings

In Piece Work Management System each order is being added to a system as a cutting and gets its own unique cutting number. Cutting is required to be connected with any of available styles and subsequently with operations within that style, but if necessary it is possible to make custom changes in the operations of the cutting without applying those changes to the original selected style. Cuttings also include information about Sizes, Colors and Quantities of style being ordered.

Tickets

In Piece Work Management System employee’s work is being assessed based on the pieces of work employee has completed. When creating a cutting, system allows making and printing tickets for each operation. Each employee gets tickets, and after completing his piece of work, the ticket is being read by the system.

Packing/Invoice

After completing the order, Piece Work Management System allows creating packing, which includes information about the packages being shipped to customer. Also system allows creating and printing invoices for each packing or several packings together.

Synchronization with AMG

Using this feature, Piece Work Management System Users are given a possibility to synchronize some settings (Employees, Headquarters, Divisions, Groups, etc.) of Piece Work Management System from AMG Attendance System.

Comprehensive Reporting System

Approximately 25 reports are included in the system, which can be generated for any time period you need. Generation of each report is designed to be an easy process of a maximum 3 steps. Besides being displayed on the screen, reports can also be saved as different file formats (.doc, .xls, .pdf etc.), printed or automatically sent to any e-mail recipient.

Settings Configuration Wizard

Settings configuration wizard is designed to help first-time users to configure system´s main settings by giving detailed step-by-step instructions and showing the right order of configuring system´s settings.

Security

Security of the system is being ensured by authorization of users with the help of their unique User names and Passwords. System administrator and all those users who have the same permissions can also limit users’ access to the system by not granting permission to some of its features.

Database Backup and Restore

Piece Work Management System provides also a database backup and restore tool, which is a very valuable tool for archiving the data of the system and minimizing the risk of losing the information.
