Note: In order to use Locations, you must have the Employee Login Module on your account.

 

Locations are found under Company - Locations. Multiple locations can be created under a Location group. Employees can then be assigned to a group, so they can only transact from the mobile app when they are in those locations. More information about setting up employee logins can be found here.

Add a Location Group by clicking the upper Add button. Then add locations to the group by clicking the lower Add button. This will open a map screen.

Type in an address in the upper right and click find or click a spot on the map. Then click on the green + to add the location. You will need to give it a name and select the radius (in feet or meters) from that location where employees can transact on their phones.

When you are done click Ok. You can edit or remove locations from the list on the left, and press Close when you are done. When you are finished with all the locations for a group, you can add the employee to the location group.
