When you first log into AMG, the Configuration Wizard should open to help you set up the program. If it does not, you can open it from Help > Config Wizard.

If you check the box at the bottom, the Wizard will not automatically pop up when you start the program again.

All the settings in the configuration Wizard can be changed later through the software.

Step 2: General Settings allows you to you enable Daylight Savings and Swipe and Go. Swipe and Go allows employees to simply scan their finger/hand/face without having to choose their action (eg. clock in, clock out) beforehand. The software will determine the correct action. You may also select whether you wish to use AM/PM or a 24-hour format as well as whether or not to enable Wages in the software. If Wages are enabled, you must enter a wage for every employee.

The first option lets you set the number of digits for these codes and whether or not you want the system to automatically fill the next code. You can then edit the information for your Headquarters, Divisions, and Groups. Read this article for more information on the different organizational levels.
