Troubleshooting Break Configuration

1. Break if longer than maximum duration of 10 minutes was not showing up at all on the timecard. All columns were showing 0.

Resolution: Break set up was correct however break rounding was affecting the results when break was more than the allowed duration. Since customer didn't want breaks rounded and he wanted to recorded 10 minutes as paid and the rest as unpaid, we deactivated break rounding under lunch/break roundings.

2. First break recorded correctly, but second break not even recorded on the timecard.

Resolution: Customer only had one break configured in the shift. We configured a second break and that solved the problem.
