Issue: Employees using AMGtime mobile app aren't able to clock in when out on the field.
1. Check to make sure customer has the Employee Login module software.
2. Check each employee setting to make sure they all set up correctly. Go to Definitions => Employees => Pick the employee => Go to Access Tab => Make sure the checkbox next to Employee Login is checked and Mobile Punch in the Accesses section is also checked.
3. Make sure the employee checks his/her phone to assure location settings are turned on.
4. If all of the above are done and employee still cannot punch in, it means the employee is outside of assigned location. Otherwise, employee should be able to punch in.
