Employee names not transferring while doing a badge transfer between clocks

When doing a badge transfer on the software between two different devices, you will only be able to transfer the main template which includes code, badge, and verification modes such as fingerprint, pin and proximity card. It will not transfer employee names to the device.

If you want employee names to be transferred as well, this can be done through Device Messages. Go to Devices => Messages.

1. Select the employees for who you would like to implement the transfer (on the left side of the window). You can use the quick select all or deselect all or filter buttons at the bottom left.

2. On the right side of the window, select Default Message (Employee Name).

3. Click the Assign button

Now the employees should be able to see their name when the transact on the device.
